The hotel staff were friendly upon arrival and the location was close to the beach and restaurants. the advertised amenities were disappointing. the breakfast buffet offered limited options and the rooms were uncomfortable with broken AC and not even intercom with the front desk. On the plus side, the hotel offered a beautiful Caribbean Sea view from some rooms.

Restaurante Karey, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Easy base for a vacation in Puerto de Gaira! We loved our time here:)))

We had a great stay! Best aspects include friendly and professional staff, clean facilities, excellent location close to the beach and great restaurants, and amazing sea view from the room.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Senorita Veronica assisted with my luggage. The hotel is close to the beach and great restaurants. The room had a beautiful view of the Carribean Sea and the atmosphere on the malecon was amazing. Colombians were kind.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The view of the sea was breathtaking, and the access to nearby restaurants was convenient. The room had a good space and offered free Wi-Fi. We spent countless hours on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gazing over the incredible view.

the buffet was scarce and poor quality. The towels were not clean, and the room was not well maintained.

The hotel had a great view of the ocean and it was within walking distance to many restaurants. the staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. the hotel room was comfortable and clean with a good air conditioning system.

The breakfast selection was disappointing with limited options. the TV in the room was outdated and there was no access to cable, internet or other entertainment options.
